Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in Ball Basics programs or using our facilities, participants and guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
Program Enrollment: Enrollment in Ball Basics programs is subject to availability and acceptance by program organizers.
Fees: Program fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as specified.
Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other participants. Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or dismissal from programs.
Health and Safety: Participants must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their participation. Ball Basics is not liable for injuries unless caused by negligence.
Equipment Responsibility: Participants are responsible for caring for and returning any equipment provided during programs. Damage or loss may result in additional charges.
Parental Involvement: Parents or guardians are encouraged to participate in activities and support their child's involvement in Ball Basics programs.
Photography and Publicity: Ball Basics may photograph or film participants for promotional purposes. Consent forms are required for media release.
Cancellation and Refunds: Program cancellations by participants are subject to our cancellation policy, which may include administrative fees or non-refundable deposits.
